Earlier this year, Thompson Thrift announced the closing of the Thompson Thrift 2025 Multifamily Development, LP, the company’s seventh multi-project development fund. The limited partnership offering raised more than $255 million in total capital commitments, which will allow Thompson Thrift to strategically launch seven new, upscale multifamily developments in suburban growth markets nationwide with optimal timing and precision.
